I have been attending so many parties over the last week, celebrations at work and will be spending the rest of the holiday week at my families. I have been eating and drinking more than usual, do you have any tips for beating the temptation?

I recently just stopped eating meat, but the holidays are specifically hard for me as I still crave eating it. What I can substitute for a piece of meat that will leave me feeling satisfied?
