Enough of any one, like mercury or lead, can kill a human. And yet, many of us have spent years or even decades with steady exposure in smaller amounts of mercury through pollution, tap water, metal fillings, fish and more. In this segment Tony and I discuss how to effectively detox from heavy metals as quickly and affordably as possible.

Next, I have my very special guests, Dr. Emily Kiberd, who is the founder of the Urban Wellness Clinic, which is a premier body work/yoga center dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of individuals. This was an epic day almost one year ago to the day- as it was the first time I pretty much had ever put Bubby down- for 2 hours to do this hike! He was about 3 months old and had been on my body ever since I birthed him up until then. That day, I nursed Bub and pumped and left a bottle down below for his grandparents and Auntie to watch him for that short time. I have no idea if I’ll be like that (so attach-y :)  ) for the second baby (I didn’t put him in a stroller once until he was past a year old), but we all do what comes naturally as Mamas! It’s all good as long as we feel tuned in. We’ll be going back here to Kauai in just a few weeks again. xo
