My friends make a big deal about making sure I have food to eat when we go out. While I appreciate this, it makes me uncomfortable that such a big deal is made. What are some tips on how to express this to them?

Sometimes I forget my digestive enzymes before the meal. If I take them afterwards is this not helping or harmful?
