Hey Beauties,
In today’s vlog I want to cover five key ways and foods that will help you sustain fat loss. Now we’re in February and lot of us have gotten past the New Year’s kick. I want to make sure you guys still feel great, you feel motivated.
There is five easy foods that I want to discuss right now that you can incorporate into your life to keep feeling good, feeling good in your body and making sure you’re staying energized and slim and slender and light.
The first food I want to bring up. I have a little prop today. It’s cilantro. I talk about this quite a bit. It’s an optional ingredient, but one that I do encourage that you put in your Glowing Green Smoothie® if you don’t mind the taste. You can add it right in and blend it with everything else.
Cilantro is a really powerful herb for helping to bind to heavy metals and escort them out of the body. This relates to fat burning because heavy metals stay in your fat cells and they expand them. They can make weight loss much, much harder. So, include cilantro whenever you can.
The second are chia seeds, which I love to add especially in our Power Protein Smoothie. They help to stabilize your blood sugar levels. They give you soluble and insoluble fiber, which helps to cleanse your system, gives you amino acids to build protein, lots of healthy fats to help with inflammation. Chia seeds are a great, great, thing to add. Just make sure that you soak them first, put them in your Power Protein Smoothie. That’s a great, easy, thing.
Another simple root is ginger You can add it sliced into stir fries, is what I like to do, or I steep it in hot water. It also helps to promote better metabolism, something you can just pick up really inexpensively at the store is a big nub of ginger and you can throw it in whenever you can, in your cooking, in your teas, so on and so forth.
Another thing I want to bring up are my new digestive enzymes. Remember, we are not what we eat. We are what we digest and absorb. Digestive enzymes help to break down our food to optimize digestion and to get the most nutrition from our food.
If food just stagnates in there, it can build up as excess gas and bloat and waste and inefficient digestion. This is another great key to not only losing weight but also to make sure that we have more of that nutrition for our vitality overall, and of course, healthy skin and healthy hair.
The fifth and the last thing I want to say, again, just a reminder because this is an integral part of beauty detox and our morning ritual is the lemon. The mighty, might, lemon. I have some over there but I’m not going to grab them right now, but I have a whole bag.
I just want to say, lemons are amazing because they support our liver tissue which is our main fat burning organ, or main detoxifying organ. Add them in the morning with your hot water, add them in your GGS, incorporate lemons in your life. That’s a great way to help yourself burn fat.
There you have it. Five easy foods. Cilantro, chia seeds, ginger, digestive enzymes, which aren’t really a food but a tip and a tool you can use, and lemons. Very inexpensive, very easy to find. Incorporate them in your life.
Feel great this year, and beyond. I hope the was helpful to you guys. Keep these foods in mind. Sending you guys out lots of love and I will see you back here very soon.
Lots of love,
Kimberly
