But one thing I still struggle with that you speak about often is really listening to my body and trusting that it will tell me what it needs. How can I practice learning to make food choices intuitively rather than just trying to stick to a plan or to what I think I “should” be eating in the moment?

Is there any alternative to the warm lemon water in the mornings? I used to really enjoy it, but as of recently, I’ve been noticing a red rash on my cheeks after consuming lemon juice. After researching it appears I might have an allergy. Is there anything else I could drink that would give me similar benefits?
